1. Digital Products and Content
1.1 Premium Articles, Reports, and E-Books
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of premium articles, reports, and e-books are generally final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. However, we understand that exceptions may be necessary:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or properly viewing the purchased content, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
- Content Significantly Different from Description: If you believe the content is substantially different from what was advertised, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with specific details about the discrepancy. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
1.2 Downloadable Resources and Tools
For downloadable resources, templates, and tools:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- You must not have downloaded or used the resource.
- If a technical issue prevents proper functioning of the tool or resource, we will first attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Premium Membership and Recurring Subscriptions
For our premium membership and subscription-based services:
- New Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not extensively used the service (defined as accessing more than 5 premium articles or downloading more than 2 resources).
- Renewal Charges: No refunds will be provided for automatic renewal charges if the cancellation is made after the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to maintain your subscription.
- Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of your current billing period if you cancel after the initial 14-day period.
2.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your MobiConnect account
- Navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Subscription Management" section
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

3. Online Courses and Webinars
3.1 Pre-recorded Courses
For pre-recorded courses and educational content:
- A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- No refunds will be issued after 14 days of purchase or if more than 20% of the course has been completed, whichever comes first.
3.2 Live Webinars and Events
For live webinars and online events:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 2-7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
- If you cannot attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.

3.3 Event Cancellation by MobiConnect
If MobiConnect cancels a live webinar or event:
- You will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another event or receive credit for future events.
- Please note that MobiConnect is not responsible for any other expenses you may incur due to the cancellation, such as travel arrangements or time off work.
4. Consulting and Custom Services
For custom research, consulting services, or personalized advisory services:
- Cancellations made before any work has commenced are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued after the final deliverables have been provided.
- Custom services are governed by individual service agreements which may contain specific refund terms that supersede this general policy.
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund

- Clearly state the reason for your refund request

5.2 Refund Processing Time

- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
